About Me — Jake Thompson

The Truth Matters — Even When It’s Inconvenient

I’ve never been one to sit quietly when the truth is being twisted.
My name is Jake Thompson, and I’ve built my life on keeping my word — whether in business, personal relationships, or the courtroom.

I’m an entrepreneur, musician, and advocate for accountability in our legal system.
I’ve raced cars professionally, run a successful less-lethal weapons business, and built a strong social media following.

But in 2025, I found myself in the fight of my life — not on a racetrack, but in a courtroom.

How It Started

On June 2, 2025, my ex-girlfriend, Jill, filed a protective order against me.
She alleged harassment, stalking, and other claims that were not only false, but directly contradicted by her own words and actions just days before.

The court:

  • Limited my ability to present evidence

  • Ignored a 93-page motion I filed

  • Allowed unsubstantiated claims while suppressing documented proof

This proof included text messages where Jill expressed love, flirted, and even encouraged me to add her name to a song she would later claim was abusive.

"This wasn’t about safety. It was about control, retaliation, and rewriting the truth."

The Song They Tried to Use Against Me

The so-called “threatening” song wasn’t released until days after her supposed fear began.
It was shared with only one person — someone who already disliked her family — not posted publicly.

But even her main claim about the song was completely wrong — and no one bothered to check before issuing the temporary protective order.
She told the court the song said:

“Her lies are like bullets and I’m ready to click.”

She claimed this scared her and was a direct threat to her life.

In reality, the lyric was:

“The truth is like a bullet and I’m ready to click.”

It’s a metaphor — meaning being ready to speak the truth — something anyone could Google in seconds or understand with basic common sense.
Yet the court took her version at face value without verifying it, and that false version became a cornerstone of the case against me.

The Story Kept Changing

In court, Jill’s narrative shifted:

  • She claimed she ended the relationship — in reality, I ended it due to her infidelity

  • She claimed to fear me — despite documented proof she was initiating intimate conversations and planning visits days after her alleged fear began

I also discovered potential connections between people in the courtroom and the presiding judge’s family — raising serious questions about bias.

Fighting Back

I fought back the only way I know how — with facts, persistence, and zero apology.
I’ve filed motions exposing:

  • Procedural misconduct

  • Contradictions in testimony

  • Due process violations

I’ve stood alone in hearings, navigating a system that too often favors narrative over evidence.

"Far too many people — especially those representing themselves — face the same obstacles I did."

Why I Speak Out

My case is not unique. Too many pro se litigants face:

  • Biased rulings

  • Ignored evidence

  • A court culture that protects itself instead of the truth

That’s why I launched Justice Tracker — a platform for transparency, accountability, and real tools for self-represented defendants.

My Mission

My story isn’t just about a legal battle — it’s about refusing to be silenced.
I’m here to:

  • Hold the system accountable

  • Share the truth without sugar-coating it

  • Help others fight for justice when the odds are stacked against them
